Overview At Tethered Oasis, your satisfaction is important to us. Because most of our products are made to order through print-on-demand partners, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. Please review sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
1. Eligible Refunds & Replacements We will offer a full refund or free replacement if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order was lost in transit and confirmed undeliverable
2. How to Request a Refund To initiate a refund or replacement, email us at support@tetheredoasis.com within 14 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item or issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond within 2–3 business days.
3. Digital Downloads All digital downloads are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.
4. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please request a refund and place a new order.
5. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
