Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days for the US and 10–35 business days for international orders, depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at support@tetheredoasis.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
We're sorry to hear that! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll send a replacement at no charge.
